After Main-Care Energy received an inspection by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, it was determined the existing liner did not meet the required specifications.  American Coating Technologies designed a solution involving a robotically sprayed nonwoven geosynthetic textile with a nominal 65 mils of AM1949 polyurea. We attached the liner to the base of the tank with our proprietary epoxy primer and terminated the outer edge of the liner to the top of the berm sealing the entire system as one monolithic containment area. The end result now meets and exceeds the requirements of the Department of Environmental Conservation. In conjunction with the fact the liner system allows for easy clean up should there be a spill,  we warranty the final product and workmanship for a period of ten years.
