The Olears Incorporated secondary containment area was old and did not meet the requirements of the Department of Environmental Conservation guidelines. It had a failing containment within an earth and dirt berm.  American Coating Technologies trenched the perimeter to allow the liner to be inserted and then back filled.  This process of tying in the liner prevents wind uplift and secured the containment to the ground.  We presprayed a geosynthetic liner in our facilty in Buffalo, New York with the latest robotic equipment to ensure accurate milspec and installed it while sealing every liner penetration under the tanks. Our unique process creates a monolithic liner system which comes with a ten year warranty.
